What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Kim Well currently offers Local and International shipping services through WELLS FARGO and DHL respectively. Learn more about our Shipping Policy

Do You Ship Internationally?

All our international orders are facilitated by our partner DHL. When you’re ready to check out, you will be redirected to DHL’s checkout page where you will be asked to enter your shipping details. Once you place your order, Kim Well will ship your order to DHL’s warehouse where appropriate documentation (such as import paperwork) will be added to your package and shipped to your final shipping address.
Please note that we are unable to control any delay in delivery due to customs. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about the status of your order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

WELLS FARGO will be the merchant of record on local shipping which takes 2 business days. Processing for international shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. Shipping time will be 5-7 working days by standard shipping and 2-3 days by express shipping.

Am i able to make a return?

Click here to learn more about our Return Policy. If your item is eligible, you will be able to initiate a return to our warehouse through the DHL returns portal. Using the portal ensures that you have all the necessary paperwork to get your return through customs and back into our warehouse to be processed.

e) Fill in the delivery information.

Do I need an account to place an order?

To aid with order satisfaction, you do need to have an account created to be able to place an order. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one for free at anytime.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel. Select the button that shows CANCEL ORDER.

You will be asked to confirm the cancellation and once you do the order will be cancelled.
